2. Reboot your computer (and modem if you use satellite, cable, or DSL)

3. Before writing please go to www.testmy.net and test your download speed

4. Please make sure that any Pop-Up blockers are turned off.

If you've done these things and you are still experiencing issues please fill out the form below completely - the more information we have the better we will be able to troubleshoot this issue and get a solution to you quickly. Due to the huge amounts of emails we receive, the more information you can provide the better we will be able to assist you.
